Help w/ Hmt error
i'm sure many have seen topics like this, but i'm getting an error message for hmt 3- 'the application failled to installize properly (0xc0000135) click on ok to terminate the application' the readme said to get the latest .net framework, which i did, and the same error comes up. yes i have searched...

i'm new and need sum help
can somebody plz help me? i just want a simple mod or sumthing to be able to press f3 or sumthing and spawn a frag on the floor, press f4 and get a rocket launcher. i've seen much much more complex stuff here, and i want this plz. thnx in advance
