HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

i have been downloading it normally, nothing specially. this was the 5th time i have downloaded it and installed. i am running mozialla and that is what i have been downloading it with.

helo i download and install hce and half way through the installation it stops says i can't install becasue either low virtual memory or corrupted CAB file. what should i do!
