This is the 5th post I've posted. So far, no one has helped me out. I can't seem to load Encryptomatic Signature tool, or any program that uses the .NET framework..........WAIT!!!!!!! REALLY!!!!! Well finally someone at least knows what I'm talking about.....have any idea how to fix it? Whats m8?

Ok, I downloaded 3 other prgrams that use .NET Framework, and none of them work, I recieve the same error. So obviously it's not the program, its my computer. Does anyone know whats going on? Are there any settings that I can look at for .NET Framework on my comp?
