HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I want to skin the warthog on halo 2 on Terminal. So is there a plugin that I need for DotHalo or is skining only for modchips. I really need a reply because I wanna make a movie called Pimp My Ride and make the movie with my mods.

Please let me know because i wanna change the warthog color. So I can show them off in custom games in XBL.

How can I mod halo 2 without any modchips or soft mod. is there a program I can use to put Halo 2 into my computer and edit off the cd.
