Whats FTP? srry im a noob, as you can see i joined today. Can anyone at least teach me how to upload the civilian hog into a map, say zanzibar?

Ok my friend wants to know how to upload mods he dled for halo2
and to play them, or a link to a tutorial that shows you how to?
And also do you need a program to play modded things over live?
