What is it you're trying to do? You said you downloaded someone else's skins.... what you need them in Photoshop for? If you're wanting to use their skins, you need to inject them using HMT (files.halomods.com>utilities>HMT).

Ever think the Covenant thing olive green is weak color? Plus, why do you need camo if you're superior to all (they think so anyway)? From what I've seen and read, I think the Covenant are religion based, hence the purple.. could be religious colors.

Yeah, once I get a better video card and I can actually see more than just blurred bitmaps, I'm going to start making more skins. Right now, I have to send them to ICT, Walka or J5 and let the take screenshots for me

Yeah, me and Walka kinda figured that one out... We tested it with different colors, I think white seemed to work best. That or brown... just experiment, lol.

I played arround with Quaglino's Jungle Camo skin for MC... The original skin in his skinpack looked kinda "off"... So I fixed it my way Hope you don't mind Quaglinoman (is that right?).

Yeah, I know what you mean about the intimidating bitmaps. I'm going to try and make a template for the vehicles' bitmaps so it'll be easier for people to skin. Gonna have it on my site for download whenever I can get arround to it.

It's probably your screen resolution. I think the default res for Halo is 640x480... When your monitor can normally run like 1024x768, that 640 screen area is getting stretched... Take one of those ground bitmaps and inlarge it 3x it's original size and you'll get the idea.
