Its a plugin for HMT. Not a ppf. And that download is a short movie of the plugin working in game. Its not released yet

Well u can get the Expentation Error (sorry if i spelled it wrong) in alot of ways. So I think that if someone answered this it will take a long time for answer (that is just a guess).

1. Try by taking off all of the collsion model pieces of the hog (in the branch "[coll] Collsion Model"). But dont take off anything thats related to the turret. 2. Then go to the branch "[vehi] Vehicle" and pick the hog. And at the right click the boxes, Kill Physics, Kill Anten...
