HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

how do you import models into 3ds max 6?? do you need a certain plugin or can just go ahead and do it??

i know this is off the subject but i used to mod all the time and then i quit for a while and now im back and im hearing about his halo CE thingy. what is it exactly and where can i get it???
