I do know there is a way. If the hog is upside-down long enough, you will fall out. However, it is possible to get back in while still in air. I once did that (crossing the chasm on SC using nades; I fell out but I jumped in a second later)

I need AI bots for Blood Gulch

Instead of wasting my time going online, can I download a mod that has the whole blue team AI (all 8 of them) and the rest of red team (7) also AIs, which don't just stand there (i.e attack the enemy, pick up better weapons, etc.)?

Ok, this is set 500 years from now. And their weaponry is crap (for 500 years, their hogs and dropships sure suck. The AR is really bad.). I can say that homing rockets is futuristic and should be added to the game just for that. I think it like the Human equivalent of sticky grenades.

Yes, but if you look carefully, many things in here actually might come out. Like the shadow (which will be in Halo 2, their are sketches of it on Bungie.com). Im just saying that for a fan fic, it good. And it has basis.
