i have a 5 year-old xbox and recently it started to suck. Every game i put in wont get past the Xbox title screen. What do i do?

Im not sure about there not being cheats in Halo PC. If you search the Halo .exe for "cheats" or "cheat" in ASCII using a Hex Editor, you'll find something like cheats_load. If you contionue your search, youll find different cheats, some like in CE, and weird ones like cheat_jetp...

Why are the cheats in the PC version but you can't easily access them unlike CE?

I modded the pistol to shoot sword elites from flipped vehicles but the sword detonates after the elite is flipped out. Does anyone know a way to stop the sword from detonating after the elite is flipped out?
