Grunt AI in BG

I was wondering what i can do to get grunts to have AI in blood gulch. I have everything set up but the grunts just sit there

Max plugin

Hey Colt.BK here is the website i got mine off of. http://www.maxplugins.de/ i am running v5. NOTE: you can import the model back into halo after importing to 3ds max. just extract the file to you 3dsmax\Plugin directory

yeah i know but if i edit the models in Milkshape (which sucks) i don't have a problem importing them. but 3ds max it changes the number of indices without even modifying the model. thats my problem

Importing models

How do i import models into Halo? I have HMT3 and Spark edit. I have made 6 or so models in 3ds max and i am having trouble getting them into the game.
