How do i get mods WITHOUT a modchip?

How do i get mods for xbox for Halo WITHOUT a modchip? Dont just give me a link to xbox scene i cant find anything there that helps me and thats all people do. Please help. My AIM name is SooperAwesomeMan.

How do you get mods for xbox?

How do you add mods for NTSC (incase theres a differne) xboxes? I heard about something called soft modding so i dont need a mod chip. What is that? How do i do these? Please help.

no they were leaked. there were even posts on the xbox.com fourms from the mods saying not to post or say anything about them on the fourms. HA! i have all the pictures in my favorites and saved on my computer.

Ok i have NO idea what to do with these programs, where to get them, and what each one does. Do i need more then 1 program to get something working? I need to know how to insert skins and make guns and the easyest way possible to make levels. I do have HEK but didnt install it yet. What exactly can ...
